I’m not quite sure how we are already in the middle of April, but nevertheless, 2022 is without a doubt in full swing! As we are three months down, with nine to go, this is such a great time to check in with yourself to review the goals you set at the start of the year, and reset focus for the months to come.
Whilst goal setting isn’t for everyone, it really does help to give yourself direction for the days or weeks ahead, in whatever areas of your life are most important. And it's not too late to start! If you haven’t yet set goals for 2022, now is the time, don’t let another three months pass. Your focus may be something simple, a starting point to put a new habit in place, or something bigger to work towards a major goal.
If you’re not too sure where to start, or need a little guidance on how to reflect, I have listed my go-to questions below. I encourage you to to sit down in a relaxing and quiet space, put pen to paper, and ask yourself these questions:
Are you on track to achieve your 2022 goals?
Have you been ticking off your daily, weekly or monthly goals?

Looking forward to the rest of 2022, what do you want to achieve?
What do you need to focus on to get there?
What are you proud of achieving so far this year?
Remember, it’s important to celebrate the small wins along the way and reward yourself for the hard work you have already put in.
