Brooke has kindly shared with us, insights into her workout routine, her health & fitness journey and why she decided to join HUSTL.ONLINE.

Meet Brooke, online HUSTL. member and Bump & Align Challenge Winner. 

Tell us a little about yourself & your fitness journey throughout your pregnancy.
I am a registered nurse, chai latte loving, pilates obsessed mamma to be! I live in Melbourne so having access to an online platform like HUSTL this time of year (and all seasons of the  year let's be honest!) made working out while pregnant so helpful. I started lacking motivation when I would contact pilates studios  around me to be told they didn't run classes for women past 20 weeks- the Bump & Align challenge came at such a great time and I felt so amazing completing it at 36 weeks pregnant! Might even do the challenge a second time round until Baby is ready to enter the world!

Congratulations on winning the Bump & Align challenge, how did you feel when you found out the news?
Extremely grateful! I was shocked that I had actually won as I never win anything! I know so many other mammas did the challenge so I am overjoyed that I was chosen as the winner. 

What did you enjoy most about the challenge
The variety of different classes whether they be a burn class or a flow to stretch and release. The classes allowed my body to keep moving and feel like I could accomplish something every day of the challenge! Bub enjoyed it too I think- she would always move around after classes- pilates must be her happy time hahaha

One piece of advice you would share with the community?
Even when you're having an off day or feel like skipping your HUSTL day- just start! I always put it on and find myself feeling so much better after the warm up and before you know it you're into the cool down stretch! You'll feel so much better and feel like you have achieved something for the day- especially being pregnant- it's a big win being able to tick off something that has made you feel good and strong! 

What do you love most about HUSTL.?
I love how classes are catered to all levels of physical ability. Being pregnant you are limited to what you can do within the fitness community so being able to do the classes online and have options to regress and progress is a big bonus! Plus the community vibes- knowing the trainers are backing you and encouraging you is so special.
