Okay confession, I am activewear obsessed. 

Coffee date? Activewear. Errands to run? Activewear. Morning walk and then work? Activewear. 

I literally live in my activewear, because it makes me feel my most confident and comfortable. So naturally, I’m always looking for new trends and fun pieces I can mix into my everyday wardrobe that are not only perfect for training, but also bring a little something unexpected. 

It’s easy to fall into the routine of wearing black tights with a black crop everyday, but I’m here to tell you to have some fun with it! If your activewear wardrobe is due for an update, keep reading for the styles and trends I am loving right now.

Matching Sets
Is there anything cuter than working out in a matching set? The look of a matching bike short and crop is honestly to die for, and I can never go past the sets from my beloved Nagnata family. Sets are also a great opportunity to try a print, play with textures and get out of your comfort zone a little. Equally practical and chic - we love!

Long Line crops
I have been obsessed with long line crops lately. They are the perfect mix between a top and sports bra, giving coverage and support while still offering the crop style I love. They are definitely becoming more popular, which means we are spoilt for choice, and I am always a sucker for the Muscle Republic styles.

Beige on beige on beige
A fun fact about me is, I rarely wear colour. Sometimes Kika tries to sway me to the colourful side, but I’m a neutrals girl through and through. My favourite pieces that I always reach for, whether its bottoms or tops, are all in the tonal beige family - think whites, light browns, chocolate browns, khaki etc. Obsessed!

Fun silhouettes
Lately I’ve been broadening my activewear horizons and wearing some fun styles that I wouldn't typically sport. I’ve especially been loving one-shoulder tops, because I can still train in them but they are so much more exciting than a usual crop or top. This is also the perfect style to opt for if you're heading out for coffee or a hot girl walk.
