Winter is officially here this week, and while I will admit I’m a little bit excited to get my warm clothes out, I am not excited at the thought of getting a cold with the change of weather. As temps drop we are more susceptible to becoming run down, so it is an important time to focus on our health and look after our bodies. Simple, but necessary.Try your best to move daily, and I promise your body will thank you for it. Eat the rainbow
Nourish your body from the inside out with fresh fruit and vegetables. A well-rounded diet gives you the vitamins you need to ensure your immune cells have the necessary tools to fight against infection. Try sticking to seasonal veggies when possible and incorporate potent superfoods like blueberries and pomegranates.
