AFFIRMATIONS I'M LOVING.

It is often so much easier to reaffirm others than ourselves, so I wanted to take a moment to talk about daily affirmations I am loving at the moment, and think you will too.

 

Daily affirmations are simple, positive reminders that can be used to motivate yourself and improve your mindset. Dedicating just a few minutes every day to practising affirmations can be an amazing tool to give ourselves a little more of the love we deserve! 

By making these positive statements part of your daily routine, you are encouraging your mind to prioritise positive thinking over negative thinking. 

I have found the most success by choosing 2-3 affirmations that really resonate with me and my goals, and dedicating time in my morning routine to say them aloud. 

You can say your affirmations out loud in front of the mirror, write them down in your journal or notes app, or even repeat them in your head. Whatever works for you, go with that!

 

Below are some of my favourite affirmations that leave me feeling confident, calm and motivated. I encourage you, angels, to choose a few from the list below (or simply write your own) and remind yourself of them daily.



I allow myself to be who I am without judgement.

I accept my emotions and let them serve their purpose.

I am grateful for the people I have in my life.

I release negative energy and focus on the positive.

Today is a new day, full of potential.

I treat myself kindly and with compassion.

I am proud of myself.

I am in control of my life.
