We all spend so much time these days on our phones, laptops and ipads (guilty!) that we can forget how nice it is to curl up at the beach or on our bed with a good old book! One of my goals for this year is to read more and if that is also you, here are some books you must put on your list:

  • The Resilience Project - Hugh van Cuylenburg
  • Are we just all spoilt little brats? Or do we just need someone to help us see through our privilege and explore things like gratitude, empathy and mindfulness? This book gives us the tools we all need to live a happier, more fulfilling life with a side of humour.

Everything is F*cked - Mark Manson
If you’re like me and feel like everything in the world seems a bit f*cked (from the environment to the economy), this little book may just be the guide you need to navigate your feelings of hopelessness (spoiler alert: there is ALWAYS hope my darlings)

The Power of Now - Eckart Tolle
Have you been living under a rock? It’s ok if you haven’t read The Power of Now yet, but 2022 is the time! This has been a best seller for years, and for good reason. Simple principles to live by in order to reach personal growth? Yes please.

Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead - Sheryl Sandberg
Carrie Bradshaw once asked the question: “Can women really have it all?” and this book is the answer. If you’re interested in the balancing act women face in life between our careers, family and all the other milestones we’re supposed to hit, then this one's for you!

    Happy reading my angels.

    I love you,
