1 banana, sliced, frozen
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbs nut butter
250ml (1 cup) milk of choice
30g (1 scoop) plain protein powder


Blend banana, cocoa powder, nut butter, almond milk and protein powder in a blender until thick and creamy.
