The perfect mid-morning or afternoon snack, filled with goodness that will not only hit the spot but fuel the body. All it takes is 10 minutes, and you have snacks ready on hand for up to 3 weeks.

Ingredients.
90g (1 cup) rolled oats
2 tbs cocoa powder
½ cup low-sugar or plain protein powder
½ cup nut butter
2 tbs honey
2 tsp finely grated orange rind
2 tbs orange juice
Method.
1. Process oats, cocoa powder and protein powder in a food processor until oats are finely chopped. Add nut butter, honey, rind and juice and process again until mixture comes together in a ball, adding a little more orange juice (1 teaspoon at a time) if necessary.
2. Roll mixture into 12 even balls. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
