waldorf chicken salad wrap.

ingredients.
75g cooked chicken breast, shredded
¼ red apple, diced
1 stick celery, diced
1 tbs natural or coconut yoghurt
1 tbs unsalted roasted almonds, chopped
Squeeze of lemon juice
20g mixed salad leaves
½ carrot, peeled, grated
1 wholegrain wrap

method.
1 Combine chicken, apple, celery, yoghurt, almonds and a squeeze of lemon juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
2 Place salad leaves and carrot along the middle of the wrap. Top with chicken mixture and firmly wrap to enclose filling. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
