THAI TOFU WRAP.

ingredients.

1 wholegrain wrap

¼ avocado, mashed

1 small carrot, grated

½ cup shredded red cabbage

1 tbs chopped fresh coriander

2 tsp sweet chilli sauce

100g Thai marinated tofu

 

method.

1 Place wrap on a clean work surface and spread with avocado. Combine carrot, cabbage, coriander and sweet chilli sauce.

2 Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and lightly spray with oil. Cook tofu for 1-2 minutes each side or until golden and warmed through. Slice. 

3 Place tofu on wrap and top with the carrot slaw. Wrap to enclose filling and serve.
