This one is for the meal prep queens. It's perfect to make on a Sunday, and a great way to use up whatever veggies you have leftover in your fridge (it works with just about any combo!) - a sure way to make you feel super accomplished going into the week.
This is a classic chicken and salad wrap, but with a (delicious) twist. Apple, celery and almonds may not be the obvious choice for your lunchtime wrap, but they really elevate this recipe to make it my new current favourite!
lunch for the week is sorted with this salmon, sweet potato and avocado salad. this meal is quick to whip up, and provides all the healthy fats, carbs and protein you need to get you through the day. i will warn you though, it's seriously addictive.
