Sriricha hummus & tuna wrap

95g can tuna in oil, drained, flaked

1 large celery stick, diced

1 ½ tbs hummus

1 tsp Sriricha chilli sauce

1 wholegrain wrap

1 carrot, shredded

½ Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced

¼ avocado, sliced

Large handful salad leaves

 

1 Combine tuna, celery, hummus and sriracha in a small bowl. Season with black pepper.

 

2 Spread tuna mixture over wrap. Top with carrot, cucumber, avocado and leaves. Wrap to firmly enclose filling.
