300g peeled pumpkin, chopped
240g can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
1-2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbs tahini
1 tbs lemon juice
method.
1 Place pumpkin in a steamer and steam until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain. Cool.
2 Place pumpkin, cannellini beans, cumin, tahini and lemon juice in a food processor and process until completely smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
3 Serve with veggie sticks.
