Ingredients.
115g (¾ cup) shelled frozen edamame, thawed
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground paprika
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
Method.
1 Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a small baking tray with baking paper.
2 Combine edamame, spices, oil and a small pinch of salt in a small bowl, toss to combine. Spread edamame out on prepared tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crisp, stirring edamame every 10 minutes.
3 Set aside to cool before storing in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
