BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE BOWL.

ingredients.

160ml (2/3 cup) milk of choice

1 tbs chia seeds

¾ cup frozen berries, plus extra to serve

½ banana, sliced, frozen

1 fresh date, pitted

Handful baby spinach leaves

Untoasted muesli, to serve

 

method.

1. Combine milk and chia seeds in a jug and set aside for 5 minutes to thicken.

2. Place milk mixture, berries, banana, date and spinach in a blender and blend until thick, creamy and smooth. Serve topped with extra berries and muesli.
