RECOVERY SMOOTHIE

1 banana, sliced, frozen

20g baby spinach leaves

1 scoop (30g) low-sugar or plain protein powder

250ml (1 cup) milk of choice

¼ avocado

3 tsp chia seeds

 

1. Blend banana, spinach, protein powder, milk, avocado and chia seeds in a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Serve.
