OVERNIGHT TURMERIC OATS

prep: 5 min + overnight soaking

 

ingredients.
45g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
2 tsp chia seeds
160ml (2/3 cup) milk of choice
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp pure maple syrup or honey
Natural yoghurt and berries, to serve

 

method.
1. combine oats, chia seeds, milk, cinnamon, turmeric and maple syrup in a jar or container.
2. stir to combine, cover and refrigerate, stirring again after 30 minutes. Set aside to soak
overnight or least for 3-4 hours.
3. serve oats topped with yoghurt and berries.
