HEMP, OAT & CRANBERRY BLISS BALLS.

ingredients.
¾ cup rolled oats
½ cup desiccated coconut
¼ cup hemp seeds, plus extra to coat
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup nut butter
2 tbs pure maple syrup or honey

method.
1 process oats, coconut, hemp seeds and cranberries in a food processor until finely chopped. add vanilla, nut butter and maple syrup and process until well combined. add 1-2 teaspoons water (if necessary) until mixture comes together in a ball.
2 roll mixture firmly into 12 even balls. place extra hemp seeds on a large plate and roll balls in seeds to lightly coat. store bliss balls in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
