ingredients.
1 egg
1 wholegrain wrap
¼ avocado, mashed
25g feta cheese, crumbled
handful baby spinach or rocket leaves
1 small roma tomato, sliced

method.
1 lightly spray a small non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. pan fry egg until cooked to your liking.
2 top wrap with avocado, spinach, tomato, feta and egg. wrap to enclose filling and serve immediately.
